Crunchy Pea Salad 1 package (16 oz.) frozen peas, thawed 1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained 1/2 cup diced radishes 1/2 cup diced red pepper 1/3 cup chopped green onion 1/3 cup mayonnaise [ vegenaise] 1 tsp. dill weed 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds Fresh ground pepper, to taste In a serving bowl, combine peas, water chestnuts, radishes, red pepper and onion. In a small dish, combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over salad. Gently toss together to coat, cover and refrigerate until serving.
