Guest guest
I'm going to have a bar-b-q at the beach with family and friends on Monday, we play volleyball there to. What is everyone going to do? I will make sure I take my vegi-burgers to cook up. I could take the hot dog ones maybe. There will be alot of vegetarian food so I won't have to worry about that. I'll make up some salsa to take with me. Have a nice Memorial Holiday and don't drive and drink either. I did it once when I was younger and got a huge ticket and it was good I didn't have a wreck or anything, I learnt my lesson so I pass the news on. Guest guest
we went to a bbq yesterday (they had black bean burgers and gardenburgers available!)and had a great time. i made a couple different kinds of salsa to take and some brownies. when it got dark we walked over to the fredericksburg national cemetary...every year various local groups place 15,300 luminaries on the graves (mostly civil war casualties) and it is quite a sight...beautiful and thought provoking. aside from that, we are just gonna chill for the next couple of days. hope everyone has a safe memorial day holiday! susie --- paul v <paulvatoloco wrote: > I'm going to have a bar-b-q at the beach with family > and friends on Monday, we play volleyball there to. > What is everyone going to do? Guest guest
Susie-do you have your brownie recipe to share, those are my favorite dessert and I have all the ones from both group files printed out. I can alwqys print out another one. Is your salsa recipe in the files? My Dad is always happy when I show up with a new salsa for him, he doesn't pick about my vegetarian diet if he's busy eating salsa. Guest guest
i love those spicy black bean burgers made by Gardenburger brand; i haven't been able to find them for sale in stores but a local sub shop my friend owns here in town serves them as a veggie sub option on the menu. Your outing sounds very cool. i bet the luminares are so ethereal to watch. ~ PT ~ Now is the soul set free, Rising from the soul-shrine.
