[recipe] Honey-Oat Casserole Bread PT

This sounds really good to me but it's to hard for me to make.

I better email you my address and you could mail me a loaf.

Just teasing you, it will be along time before I could try to make

bread.

LOL! I do know what you mean, Paul. I am not a huge fan of making

yeasted breads either; if it isn't a quick bread recipe i usually skip it.

But this one was pretty easy and after i let it rise once i just blopped

it in the casserole dish to bake and it came out good. I have had enough

bread flops though; too many to count. I need to get one of those bread

machines one day. :)

If you get a bread machine get one with a time. Great to wake up on a

lazy Sunday Am with the smell of baking bread.

I may have to get mine back out!! Haven't used it in years. You can

find them very easily at thrift stores any more. Just check that they

have their little beater in the bottom.
