Last summer when I went home for a visit I made a tomato, cucumber,

mozzarella salad to bring to the family picnic, it was a hit.

Gayle this sounds really good, did you put a dressing of some sort on the

Hi Susie:

 

Yes I did a mixture of balsamic vinaigrette, olive oil, creamy Italian

dressing, I think my parents had some basil oil also. Oh yes and very

important

kosher salt.

 

Sorry I don't have measurements but I don't usually measure stuff.

 

Stir it around and taste it.
