[if you haven't made any yet that is okay ~ check out our files for great recipes for wonderful veggie burgers] I always use the vegan black bean recipe from the files... 3. If you were loading your veggie burger up with toppings and condiments, what would be your perfect burger sandwich? The works! Kale, Spinach, Red Leaf Lettuce, Tomatos, kosher dills, veganaise, Katchup (did you know it's spelled like 50 different ways!!!???), Mustard, Sprouts and avacado. Lets' see...anything I forgot....sometimes grated carrot if it's not IN the burger. haha. I think i put a recipe in the files for black bean burgers, those are the only ones i make 3. whole wheat bun with sesame seeds and sunflower seeds, patty, lettuce, onion, pickle, maybe a thin slice tomato, tons of avacado, alfalfa and radish sprouts, mustard and mayo I really am disliking the new delivery of emails with ads on the side. I want to like beets because they are so good for us and the color is awesome!
