I've never put it into my guacamole. That would be an interesting variation.

Thanks for the suggestion. How do you make your guacamole?

If i'm lazy I use a spice packet :D

 

Normally I mush up 2 or 3 haas avacados, chop as many tomatoes as I feel

like eating, add some minced garlic and a splash of lime juice, and some

cayenne powder if the kids won't be eating it.

 

I have used 1 cup of sour cream or cream cheese in it to make it more like a

spread for wraps, sandwiches and the like.

 

You can also mash 1 avacado and 1/2 brick of cream cheese, add some dill and

it's a fantastic sandwich spread.

Great ides. I've added mayo before to mine, but will give this a try. Thanks.
