Sissy Mexican Vinaigrette Dressing 3/4 C vegetable oil 3/4 C wine vinegar 1/4 tsp Sugar 2 tsp prepared mustard Salt & Pepper to taste 2 tsp jalapeno juice (from pickled peppers) few pickled jalapeno's, minced 1 clove garlic minced (I used 2 cloves) 1 tsp chopped cilantro (I used a Tbl) Mix well and refrigerate.
