Guest guest
Susie does most of the filing of recipes. [Thank you Susie!] Lately I have been weeding through them sorting them into easier to find folders. I must say they are looking better organised. ~ PT ~ The nine most terrifying words in the English language are " I'm from the government and I'm here to help. Guest guest
Judy I'm currently training for the Nike Marathon in San Fransisco this October. I am also preparing for an Ironman Triathlon at a yet undetermined date. I've been hounded by many who think that this type of training requires " meat " for protein but I have a supportive doctor AND I've recently learned that Ultramarathoner Scott Jurek is a Vegan! He's running 100 plus miles! I've already browsed the recipes - There are some great ones in there! I tend to cook and bake without recipes but I'm working on learning to write down what I've done. The good part about cooking that way is that you always get " new " dishes & desserts. The bad part is you can't repeat something that turned out great! I can't wait to try some recipes that are posted and you will see some of mine in the future. Bobbi , " wwjd " <jtwigg wrote: > > Hi Bobbi, > Welcome. What kind of endurance athlete are you?
