Guest guest
Hey Judy, if you can find Adams brand peanut butter in your stores that one is natural and very good. Maranatha makes a peanut butter, too. ~ PT ~ Each morning a new sun for a new day arises. Each morning the sweet perfume from the Mother Earth spreads across the land. This combination of sun, earth, smell and quiet is a magic door for me to enter to kneel before the Grandfathers. The sacred time to commune with the Great Spirit. Skippy Peanut Butter says it has no transfat in it, but if you look at the label it has hydrogenated oil in it, which is Transfat. I don't know how they can get away with this lie. > http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/qatrans2.html#s1q3 > > Judy
Guest guest
An interesting factoid I learned recently... PB is rich in omega 6, which we tend to already get alot of, but almond butter is rich in omega 3. I've found it in Whole Foods for about $5 a jar, which is only slightly more than the organic, natural PB. Tastes real good too! Guest guest
Thank you. I have decided to try almond butter instead of peanut butter. So many new things to try, so little time <smile> Diana
