Guest guest
I made this recipe up today for lunch and thought it was really good! I made patties instead of the sausage shapes and ate one on a bun with some cheese and onion and lettuce. I thought the outside was very good with the spices cooked on! I used ketchup instead of tomato paste, and mixed it into the bean mixture--I also added salt to the bean mixture, because, well, I'm a salt freak. I'm thinking these would be good with a little minced celery and onion in them, too! Guest guest
Great idea using them as sandwich patties, Paula. Now I have to try these. My daughter and I are hooked on making our own veggie burgers from the different recipes in the files. ~ PT ~ How does one become a butterfly?
