2. Where do you live right now?

3. Vegetarian? In transition towards vegetarianism? Or just here to learn

ways to serve more meatless meals?

" Almost " vegetarian. I don't eat any kind of meat, avoid dairy and I don't

usually use eggs. But in a social or family situation I usually eat whatever

they are eating, if there's no valid alternative. I'm still have that

afirmation issue: it's easy to eat vegetarian dishes when family is around,

I just have to cook for them and made a vegetarian side dish, but assuming

to a vegetarian and force a so called " anti-social " situation it's quite

hard.

And just for fun:

4. Coffee or tea?

I like tea better, but I drink coffe more often. There's nothing like an

expresso first thing in the morning.

3. vegetarian? almost vegetarian?

I like to consider myself vegetarian. That being said, I still consume dairy

and eggs.

I am trying my best, however, to choose vegan options over vegetarian. I

love fruits n

vegetables, and both of my parents are Indian, so they are teaching me the

ways:)

However, their level of cooking is what i consider gourmet, so I have a long

journey

ahead of me. My fiance is also vegetarian (but only for the last 3 months.

He was a

true carnivore before that!), so I am looking for fun and easy recipes to

share with

with the loved ones. And, I can post recipes for anyone interested in South

Indian

cuisine (ie, fire and spice and everything nice..thats what South Indians

are made of)

Hope Everyone is Having A Splendid Day! cheers!

4. coffee or tea?

one cup of STRONG coffee to start my day..one cup of tea in the afternoon to

keep me going..and plenty of water before and after the caffeine. not to mention

freshly squeezed juices. im not a huge fan of smoothies, but if they have

coconut or blueberries as a component, i can be convinced:) i love the pina

colada recipe posted earlier, so thanks for that:)

Vegetarian, mostly vegan. Since reading on either this list or the other one I'm

on that I could replace eggs in cooking with ground flax and water, life has

been even better!! I am absolutely amazed how much better cornbread tastes with

flax and soymilk instead of eggs and cow's milk! Good stuff. :)4. coffee or tea?

Decaf tea! Caffeine makes me crrrrrrazy.
