Guest guest
Hi Val, If you are almost totally vegan, you must be doing the right things. What do you need to give up? For me leather shoes are almost a must...if I wear man made materials my feet sweat and stink...lol. I don't know what the alternative that I could afford would be. Guest guest
Hey MaryAnn, Man the things that I need to give up! I know that I have to give up Pepsi (UG!) And the only other two down falls are that I work in a photo lab that is in a grocery store and the girls that I work with, man do we all love the junk. It is so easy to buy and eat because we get 15 min. to eat and 30 min if you are lucky. I have started packing my meals to take with me to work and I think that is going to help. I do not eat breakfast because it makes me sick to eat right after I get up (@ about 10:30am) because I do not go to bed until about 12:00am-2:00am it all depends on what time I get off of work. I suffer from migraines and IBS also so there is not a whole lot that I can eat. I am learning what I can and can not eat, the reason for being almost a full fledged vegan! Red meat makes me very sick and I am starting not to want any more white meat, I am just losing interest in it. Anyway enough of me blabbering Oh I start aerobics this month also! Going back to school again at the age of 33years old, so one of my classes are aerobics, I figure if I have to take the class to pass then I will want to work out! When does life really begin? 33 and I have 2 or 3 more years of school left. Is it to late in life to be doing?
