Bhatura and Puri - PT

Sounds like you had a wonderful time watching

this master cook. I have so much admiration for

those cooks that do everything by instinct!

Amazing to watch, but not so eay to replicate their

recipes! *lol*

I often start with a recipe and then add or take away

items to make it my own. Sort of like guided instinct,

but I require more guidance and inspiration from the

true masters. :)
