truepatriot is my " activist " and lists email.

It represents my belief that to be a patriot means

to respect the live-and-let-live philosophies of

our founding documents. It is not unpatriotic to

question authority. Anyway, not intending to start

a debate; you asked. ;)

 

I only cook for myself. I plan ingredients rather

than menus. That is, the day before or the morning

of, I determine what needs to be used up first and

enter it into my nutrition software. Then I just

make sure to use them in some combination that day

or the next. Dinner leftovers as lunches is also

common.

I use DietPower 4. It is lightweight compared to some

of the heavy-hitters, but that is also a good thing too

as in it is less expensive to purchase and very easy to

use. You can create recipes, set goals, etc., and it

creates graphs of your progress and calculates your

metabolic rate. You can check it out at www.dietpower.com
