Baby Lima's and Tomatoes

 

1 16oz. bag of frozen Baby Lima Beans

3 Tomatoes, peeled and diced

1 T. Oil

Salt to taste

Garlic Salt to taste

2 c. Water

 

Bring the 2 c. of water to a boil and add the other ingredients. Simmer on

Med. to Low heat, covered for about 30 minutes or until done.

Good Morning Judy, Thank you for this recipe. Lima beans are a favorite of mine

and I have a garden full of tomatoes. Elizabeth Harris

You're very welcome... I hope you enjoy them. We too have a garden full of

tomatoes and I'm trying all kinds of different ways to use them, besides just

slicing them up in salads or by themselves.
