Guest guest
Do you all remember when I asked for pizza crust recipes? I also asked everyone if you could freeze them? So, I made the dough, cooked one crust and froze it and froze the raw dough. I pulled it out of the freezer and thawed the crusts, them made my pizzas. The dough that I cooked then froze was great! The raw dough was nasty! So now I know which one is better! Thanks to everyone that helped me out! Val Everyone is raving about the all-new Mail. Guest guest
Way to go Val How did you wrap the cooked crust? I'm always afraid they will break in my freezer. Guest guest
Thanks Val, I did freeze a raw Trader Joe's dough once and it was terrible when I used it 2 weeks later. I wasn't sure if it was the freezing that caused it. The package said OK to freeze. Trader Joe products are so good, I was surprised. I uually buy the Boboli crusts and those freeze and thaw perfectly. Donna Talk is cheap. Use Messenger to make PC-to-Phone calls. Great rates starting at 1¢/min. Guest guest
Donna, have you been able to get the Whole Wheat Boboli? I have looked and looked. And you know...I can ask the store to order it...Ha! They seem to ignore customers. sue ---- Donnalilacflower 09/10/06 22:46:12 Re: remember my pizza crust? Guest guest
It was one of ours that is in the files, I think that it was one called the simple pizza crust, something like that.
