Breakfast Burrito

Breakfast Burrito's

 

1 pkg Soft Whole Wheat flour Tortilla's rounds

1 can. Worthington Vegetarian Burger http://tinyurl.com/epm9y or MorningStar

Farms Crumbles(frozen) http://tinyurl.com/f92tg

2 Tbsp. Cooking oil

 

Eggs

Cheese

Tomatoes, chopped

Salsa,

Onions, finely chopped

 

Brown the Vegetarian Burger or Crumbles in the a hot frying pan with the

oil.

Scramble the eggs in a separate pan.

 

Assemble the Burritos by adding the browned Burger/Crumbles, scrambled eggs,

cheese, salsa, tomatoes and onions to a Tortilla. Fold up like a burrito

and serve... They are really yummy.

They're good without the crumbles. I also put Hashbrowns on mine.

Have never tried the TVP.

Yes, though it won't have as much flavor, IMHO. Most grocery stores carry the

MSF frozen crumbles in the breafast area. They just clump all the MSF products

all together everywhere that I have seen. We love them.

I bet Hash brown potatoes would be very good in this.

Yes TVP can be substituted, but won't have as much flavor, at least to me. MSF

Products are available in all chain grocery store Frozen food sections that I've

ever shopped at. I don't think you'll have a problem finding it. Also you

could ask the manager to see if they can get it in, if by chance you don't have

it in your store.
