What seasonings [herbs and spices] do you use most often?

My favourite fresh herbs would definitely be Spring Onions, Basil and Cilantro.

I like to use fresh curry leafs for cooking curries.

If not available, I substitute with lime leafs or bay leafs.

As for dry herbs, I like ground white (or black) pepper, Smoked Paprika and

crushed

cardamons.

Best Wishes,

Wee :)

I regularly use garlic powder, onion powder (and their fresh

equivalents), ginger, paprika (smoked or regular), black pepper,

nutritional yeast, and fresh basil.

I use celtic sea salt, oregano, basil and lately I have

become addicted to smoked paprika.

I have a bit of every seasoning in my spice drawer, and

when I cook I add pinches of this and that as I go to

enhance flavor. It is fun. :)
