Guest guest
I'd like to stop eating out so much. Food is delicious, too easy to eat too much, food is very rich, and can become addicting. Would like to eat food more out of the fact that my body needs it and thus I should eat healthy all the time, rather than food being another form of entertainment. ~ PT ~ <patchouli_troll wrote: Just a reminder of our weekly question for those who may not have had a chance to share their thoughts: The group question of the week [qotw] for October 1st-7th, '06: What would you like to change about your eating habits? I eat pretty healthy, but now that I am working until 8pm most evenings, it is difficult to have a nice sit-down meal with my family like we used to do. I have decided to make it a priority on Sundays to have a nice family dinner where attendance is manditory. All weekend with the teens it is go-go-go, so this is a something we really need now to feel reconnected. ~ PT ~ Tact is the knack of making a point without making an enemy. ~ Howard W. Guest guest
I like this idea... Yes, with school schedules, teens in the house, sports, Sunday's usually are the only day we have without anything scheduled... Thanks for that idea... Good way to connect for the week. ~ PT ~ <patchouli_troll wrote: > The group question of the week [qotw] for > October 1st-7th, '06: > > What would you like to change about your eating habits?
