Hippie Chews

1/2 cup granola

1/4 cup raisins

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut

1/4 cup honey

Mix all ingredients with a fork until well blended.

Chill for 30 minutes. Cover a plate with waxed paper.

Roll into small balls. Chill for 1 hour and serve.

Note-you can add some crushed nuts, dried cranberries

instead of raisins, mini chocolate chips are good too.

Thanks. I know what Granola is and that there are many, many recipes,

brands, etc. I was just curious whether or not the recipe called for a

particular brand or recipe of granola.

Lady Madonna,

I am with you, and when I read it again I see, " what is granola? "

Maybe everyone is as tired as I.

TGIF! And I have this weekend off, entirely!

Sorry babe, must me all in the wording....LOL

I do make my own granola but you can use any brand.

Trader Joe's carries a pecan granola and it's

fantastic in these and also a cheesecake crust.
