Layered Dip

 

1 can (16 oz.) refried beans

1 TB taco seasoning mix

1 cup sour cream

1 cup Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 cup Mexican style cheeese, shredded

1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced

2 TB pitted ripe olives, sliced

Ritz Toasted Chips Original or Wheat Thins Baked Snack Crackers

 

Mix beans and taco seasoning mix. Spread onto bottom of 9 " pie plate or

quiche dish.

 

Layer all remaining ingredients except chips over bean mixture; cover.

Refrigerate several

hours or until chilled.

 

Serve with chips.

 

Makes: 48 servings, 2 TB dip and 14 chips each.

Looks yum! Thanks for the recipe...is there no specific order that they should

be layered? I guess ill just be creative!
