Guest guest
I like to add them to fruit smoothies, just a few though, since they are so sour. They are good in muffins and breads. Here is a link with tons of recipes to use with Cranberries. Enjoy. http://allrecipes.com/Search/Recipes.aspx?WithTerm=Cranberries Judy - jackiekelley2003 Monday, November 06, 2006 6:33 PM quick question what can i do with cranberries? can i make the cranberry juice? they are the whole cranberries

Guest guest
hi jackie and welcome. i love cranberries. with fresh cranberries i usually make cranberry sauce/chutney/relish and use them in baked goods (breads, muffins, bars). i don't have a cranberry sauce recipe....i just make it up with what i have. usually there i a basic recipe on the cranberry package (something like 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and one bag cranberries) and i just add various combinations of chopped jalapenos, chipotles, dried cherries, chopped apples or pears, chopped limes, oranges, orange juice, pecans, candied ginger and cinnamon to get a sauce that tastes good. i'll try to post a few cranberry recipes i have enjoyed. susie --- jackiekelley2003 <jackiekelley2003 wrote: > what can i do with cranberries? can i make the > cranberry juice? they > are the whole cranberries > ______________________________\ ____ Cheap talk?
