Do you cook the macaroni or put it in the casserole dry?

I cook it. It might work uncooked though. I don't know if it's enough liquid

to cook it. It doesn't sound like it.

Corn Casserole

Name: emma3

 

Ingredients:

1 can whole corn (drained)

1 can cream corn

1 cup cubed or shredded Velveta Cheese

1/2 chopped onion (more or less depending if you like onion or not)

1 cup elbow macaroni

3/4 stick butter (sliced)

 

Instructions: Put all ingredients in casserole dish and bake @350

degrees for 1 hour.

FYI Velveeta is not a vegetarian item. It has Gelatin in it. =) Tricia
