Off the top of my head I am thinking you can do a pot of vegetarian refried

beans and have chips and veggies cut up for dipping.

How about a veggie lasagna, or a pasta with broccoli and garlic oil, or pasta

with mixed veggies and a tomatoe sauce.

A vegetarian chile with corn fritters on the side and again cut up veggies and

tortilla chips to dip.

Check out the files there are all sorts of things you can make.

Hi all!

The Junior club I am in is having a 'friendship' dinner and I've been slated to

bring a main entree.

It's on Monday.

I'd like to make something super quick and easy so people will want to make it

too!!

Can you give me some recipes?
