I wanted to share a product review. I recently purchased one of the

www.amyskitchen.com frozen Indian dinners at Target. It was OUTSTANDING!!!!

I will have to buy this again.

Here is the one that I had.

Indian Palak Paneer

Smooth, creamy palak paneer, made from organic spinach and soft Indian

cheese, is lightly spiced with authentic Indian herbs and spices. Rajmah

dal, made from organic red kidney beans in a ginger-garlic sauce and tender

organic basmati rice complete this delicious meal. Gluten free.

Yours to Enjoy,

Judy

Thanks for posting this review. I have seen this

dinner a few times and was tempted to buy it for

a quick meal to fix at work, but was afraid it might

not be as good as it looked on the box. I will try it

now. :)

I really like Amy's Mac & Cheese and also the bean

and cheese burritos. The burritos are nice in that they

are all organic and the torilla is whole wheat but not

all cardboard-like.

Off to post a recipe before I fly out the door.

Hope everyone has a great day!

I love Amy's spinach pizza. So good. They also have a roasted veggie hot

pocket type thing that is great.

If you9 are vegan, most of Amy’s products have cheese / whey [even though

they organic, would be not vegan.]

Yes, the pizzas are good, and I think I have tried

a hot pocket thingie before, too. Nice to have some good

options for convenience foods.

The other day I bought a Linda McCartney's frozen dinner

of red beans and rice. If you see it, give it a try.

It is really good. Zippy, but not too spicy and very filling. :)
