My cat could care less about the tree, but my birds are terrified of it (even though its their 2nd Christmas with us)! You'd think they had been beaten with a pine tree in a past life or something... and when we turn on the lights, you should hear the screaming that follows. My cats and dog, love to sleep on the tree skirt around the tree, under the glowing lights. They sure don't like it when we start adding presents that we have wrapped underneath it.
