Guest guest
I think this came from VT though I'm not sure. I have a sore throat and I've been eating this stuff straight out of the container and it is a big help. Put a layer of honey into a tupperware container. Add a layer of thinly sliced lemons, then a layer of thinly sliced ginger. Repeat the layering till the container is half full, the top layer honey. Keep it in the refrigerator for several hours. Add a few tablespoons of the mixture to a cup of hot water for really nice tea, or just eat it by itself if you're lazy like me. It's really great for a sore throat and it tastes super. Guest guest
That sounds good. Better flavors mingle into a delightful flavor. All that stuff is so soothing. Guest guest
When I have a dragging cough from a cold, I just take teaspoon of plain local honey and the cough is quieted. Works for me.
