Pressure cookers on ebay; was: Flavorful Butternut Squash

I just got mine today!!! The UPS man just left it about an hour ago.

 

Now, I've never used one - what should I start with so that I build

some confidence? Dinner is already made, so I can play - I have rice,

I have dried beans. I'm a little low on fresh veggies, but can run to

the sore. I want to play with my new toy and don't know how!!!

All I have to say is you people are a bad influence. You mention cook books.

...and I order 7.

You mention smoked paprika and I have to hunt till I find some.

You mention Whole Foods or Trader Joes....and I am there.

You mention Organic....and what do you think I am buying now?

Someone mentions kale...and I have to try it.

No.....I am not getting a pressure cooker!
