Easy, Low fat Brownies

one brownie mix (I tried this with a 9x9 size box, not a 13 x 9 family

size)

one can (14.5 or 15 oz.) black beans

Whiz the can of beans in a blender or food processor (liquid and

all). Add to mix and stir well. Bake according to directions - but

monitor.

I tried this and used the food processor. I was so lazy that I didn't

drag out the mixer and threw the mix right in with the already

processed beans. When I baked them I did watch rather carefully

toward the end because I wasn't sure if they'd take less time. Used

the toothpick method to check. They were moist and fudgy. Very dense.

My daughter loved them and gave them a BIG thumbs up.

I cannot believe that this was actually good! I tried it last night and they

are awesome! They were fudgier than usual, but so good.

Thank you so much!

I know, I had to convince my household to try them, but they liked them also.

Like I said, the texture is different, but the taste is yummy!

I believe it. My Mom has a recipe for potato fudge

and it's the best. Her potato chip cookies were

always great too.
