Guest guest Posted October 8, 2006 Report Share Posted October 8, 2006 Cardamom Baked Bananas with Yogurt 4 firm bananas, peeled and cut diagonally into 1/2 inch slices 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsps. dark brown sugar, packed 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. unsalted butter 1/2 tsp. cardamom 2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt Preheat oven to temperature 450 degrees. Arrange banana slices in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with 2 tbsps. brown sugar, butter and cardamom. Bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar. Guest guest Posted October 8, 2006 Report Share Posted October 8, 2006 I am a bit concerned with some yogurts a all puddings,WHEN IT SAYS THEY HAVE GELATIN IN THEM IS ALL THE GELATIN MADE FROM ANIMALS? how whould i go about finding out ? Guest guest Posted October 10, 2006 Report Share Posted October 10, 2006 Yogurt does not need gelatin. Real yogurt is a " living thing " . Look for live cultures in the ingredients. Organic is best.
