Debra Wasserman of the Vegetarian Resource Group has a cookbook out called: The Lowfat Jewish Vegetarian Cookbook: Healthy Traditions from Around the World http://www.vrg.org/catalog/ljvc.htm I borrowed our library's copy of this and made a number of recipes from it that we found tasty. Guest guest
Hi everyone, As I am new to the group and just now getting ready to dleve into all of these wonderful files of food, I thought I would ask a question. Being jewish and eating kosher is very important to me and natually , with no meat it makes it REALLY easy...lol... My question is....does any one have or know of a place that I can find lists of meals that are totally meatless. I am not looking for just one dish, but every thing from say, soup to dessert. Any and all ideas are greatly appreciated ! Thanks ! Sheliya

Guest guest
Thank you so much. I've tried for many years to totally go meatless, but when I had to move back home with my parents for health reasons...dad being a total meat and potato man...well..you get the idea. strayfeather1 <otherbox2001 wrote: Hi Sheliya, Welcome to the group You'll love the files!
