Silk soy milk, cereal, broccoli, a box of tea and bread

Those 5 are a must buy and then all the other groceries come next.

Salsa, black beans, bread, spinach, whatever fruit is on sale

Soymilk and rice are also big but we buy those in bulk, not weekly.

Question of the Week

Great question! I had to really think about this. There are so many

foods I don't quite buy every week. And then there are foods I used to

buy every week (like bread and yogurt) that I make more often than not,

now.

But I came up with: milk, tofu, lettuce, cucumbers, TOMATOES (several

varieties and sizes).

I don't know if this ask been asked yet, but maybe next week we can talk

about items we buy in bulk, which might otherwise show up on this list.

For me that's grains and legumes. I just got a large order of wheat,

barley, spelt, kamut, rye. And then my grinder broke! Argh!

I don't shop weekly, but once or twice a month.

Almond milk, fresh or frozen mango, pineapple, brussle sprouts, sugar snap

peas.

and whoever it was that mentioned bulk buying of rice.... 25 lbs bag here,

of Jasimine rice. Otherwise, that would be on my top 5 list...Can't get

enough of that stuff!! ;)
