Guest guest
Well, my pressure cooker arrived today!! I prepared the onions, celery, carrots, and such, sorted and rinsed the split peas, got it all going in the PC, and even ate most of my bowl of split pea soup, by the time an hour had passed! (Not counting the time for a thorough pot washing before using.) This is soooo awesome! Guest guest
Congrats on your new baby!! It's cold here in NY today, I think I'll make your soup. Enjoy it in the best of health!! BTW, I found stainless steel bowls and metal trivets (for steaming) that fit inside cookers at dollar stores. In case you are feeling adventurous :>) Janis , " Thia .... Guest guest
Ohhh, dollar store?? That certainly sounds cheaper than the ten (+ seven shipping) from the company! I tell ya one thing...it's much larger, and *heavier* than I had expected it to be!! Thia On 10/14/06, jandor9 <jandor9 wrote: > > Congrats on your new baby!!
