Guest guest
http://cheese.joyousliving.com/ I believe Erin posted this for us a few times. Not all cheese has non-vegetarian rennet. There isn't a need to give up cheese if just you can't. Make sure you check the ingredients. Donna We gotta stop smokin', stop, stop. Guest guest
I buy that kind of cheese. I like to eat cheese. I eat alot of Mexican food and it needs cheese on it. I don't like the fake cheese, it doesn't taste good. Paul we are lucky here in Ann Arbor, we have a fabulous Latino restaurant. Their seasonings are to die for. Black beans, to die for. I want all their recipes. They don't use much cheese though, just lots of cilantro. And lime. Oh now I'm hungry, at 430 am.....Pretty sure they're closed..AmyF

Guest guest
It seems that it depends on the producers. For example I found out that while German company Kaserei Champignon make all their cheeses with microbial rennet, another German company - Bergader - produces all their cheeses with animal rennet. This was just to give an example. --- PuterWitch <puterwitch wrote: > I have emailed whole foods to ask about Italian > Gorgonzola, the label just says enzymes.
