Guest guest
I have an adversion to medication for the same reason. Taking one causes this side effect so now you have to take another... and it goes on and on. My mom was taking an amazing amount of medication. I will try diet and execise to avoid this. Diet going well anyway. Debbie
Guest guest
Very true. Diet and exercise can improve symptoms, but if you are truly sick with bipolar or any ailment for that matter, no amount of healthy activities will change the need for it. My mother lived very healthy and bipolar RUINED her life because she was trying to control it with diet and exercise. I agree that pharmaceuticals can be a bad thing, I do not vaccinate my family, however, they aren't all evil. Kerri

Yes, I have to take my meds or else I go off the deep end, but eating in a healthy manner and getting adequate sleep help control my symtoms too. I notice that I get edgy and irritible if my eating goes downhill. Dia

Guest guest
I think that meditation helps bipolar disorder, but certainly continue to take your meds.
