I agree, there needs to be truth in advertising. You also need the book so you can make sure you are using it correctly. Donna --- " Thia .... But the woman at the company did spend some time with me on the phone telling me all about it and how to use it so I could get started before the book got here; which was quite nice of her to volunteer all that!
