I have been exploring & learning to cook & eat with a whole foods approach & am looking to include many more meatless meals into our diet for the health & nourishment. It is what sets us off from just googling recipes, theya re al tried and true. I am curious about your abbreviations, what do they mean? SAHM? I thought of many things, but I don't think I am correct.... somewhat attentive hetero mom .... nah .... sweet attractive holistic medium? nah? oh, and what does the other one mean? the mt?
