I spent quite a number of years as a vegan. Unfortunately I got sidetracked. Well I have been having some difficulties brought on by not keeping my diet clean so I decided to go back to basics. Keep all ani,al products out of the eating plan. I am 54, I have 4 grown children, and 10 grandchildren. I used to be a Home Health Aide but haven't been working lately.
