You're just going to have go open up that refrigerator and pantry and start mixing away...... I toasted my Walnuts before I put them in the recipes. Yummmmmmmm Wish I could send you a couple. Going for another one. I made some Black Bean Soup too and steamed some sugar snaps, so dinner is to die for. They make 18 muffins. I cut up my dried apricots with my kitchen scissors. Made it so much easier. I sprayed them with cooking spray.
