Having just put on a pot of split pea soup, I got to thinking about a

dehydrated version I used to buy years ago. It was so good and all you did was

add

hot water. It came in a green, red and yellow box, kind of like a small milk

container. I liked it so much, in fact, that I used to order it online in

bulk, ten pounds at a time. I can't remember the name of the company. Anyone

have any idea?

I buy dehydrated split peasoup from my local Coop in bulk, and have been

for about 10 to 15years. It tastes great--I usually add a little salt

and maybe afew veggies like green onions, left over cooked veggies, etc.

Before I retired, I kept it at my desk because I could add hot water

and have a meal.

If you want to order it from them, I can give you their phone

number--their web site is 707-826-8670.
