Does anyone have any recipes that use buttermilk? I have a half gallon I bought

to make some biscuits and now I don't know what to use it for! I have used a

little to make a batter for baking. Does anyone have anything else?

I don't have a recipe, but if I were stuck with all that milk I would find one

for buttermilk ranch dressing, I love it.

You can make cake and breads with buttermilk. I use powdered

buttermilk too,SACO brand. Their cocoa powder is excellent for

baking too.

How about Buttermilk salad dressing or buttermilk pancakes?

There are recipes in the files.

I have used the Saco dried buttermilk for years. I

love it, I always have it on hand for baking.

Hey you ! out there in the cold

Getting lonely, getting old, can you feel me

Hey you ! Standing in the aisles

With itchy feet and fading smiles, can you feel me

Hey you ! don't help them to bury the light

Don't give in without a fight.

Hey you ! out there on your own

sitting naked by the phone would you touch me

Hey you ! with your ear against the wall

Waiting for someone to call out would you touch me

Hey you ! would you help me to carry the stone

Open your heart, I'm coming home

Did you know you can buy powdered buttermilk? I

started doing this so I don't end up throwing so much

away.
