I almost bought one once but couldn't part with the 400.00 dollars. I hear they

are supposed to be really good. Judy H

I've had one for several years that we got at Sam's Club when they were doing a

demo there.

We love ours. We use it for making wonderful smoothies, smooth gravies, creamy

soups and alfredo sauces, eclair batter, fresh ground nut butters and so much

more. They are wonderful and used often here. They work like nothing else on

the market. You'll seem that at those fresh smoothie bars and restaurants.

They really hold up well. Next time you are somewhere that they are making

frozen coffee drinks or smoothies, look at their appliance they are using. It

will 99.9% of the time be a Vita Mix.

You'll love it.

I have had a Vita-Mix for years and years. I love it!!! It makes

everything, including fresh flour from grain, soft-serve ice cream, etc.

And the clean-up is fast and easy.

What is your recipe for the soft serve ICE CREAM? That sounds good. My

daughter makes one in ours using Coffee Mate, but would love one with better

ingredients.

Yes, and the recipe comes with the VitaMix!! It is the soft-serve ice cream

and can be made in many flavors.

How does it compare to the L'equip RPM blender (one on eBay sold for $77)?

Thanks, Dana

I have no idea. Never seen one. I just know you can really count on the Vita

Mix for the long haul and with the tapper and ability to puree many things that

others can't to the same degree, I know you won't be sorry you bought it,

unless you don't use it. It is just the most amazing piece of equipment that

is so versitle. It is far more than a blender.

I wouldn't think there would be a comparison. The VitaMix is not a blender.

It does not have sharp blades. It does all the work with " dull " blades and

sheer force. This is how it can grind grain into flour.
