Guest guest
Whitney please do not let this discourage you. You and your husband can work this out. believe me there are a ton of members in here that have non-vegetarians at home. You both have to sit down and talk it over, see what works best. Don't jump into the vegetarian path as a hard core fanatic, do this day by day, take it slow and whatever you do, don't ban his diet to meet yours just work on it, slip vegetarian meals into the routine often, he will resent your new lifestyle and pick at you if you push it on him. I have converted so many people over the years and they think they became vegetarian on their own. Really it's true, but remember you have to have patience and not let this come between you. He will work on it with you, watch and see. Smiles, Donna --- Whitney <wskater wrote: > Hi Melissa! > I'm Whitney, recently veg too but it was a long > time coming. Guest guest
Sometimes I wonder if the members of our family even think about what they are eating. We went out to lunch yesterday. We had the soup and a salad bar. I had potato soup and my husband had Mexican Wedding soup. When I asked what was in it....the waitress said veal. And this is the guy that talks to the babies in the pasture every morning. Sigh. Sue

Guest guest
Sue, I so agree. I have never and could never eat meat. I love animals and wow are those vegetarian meals yummy. I love cooking lots of great food. We just bought some fresh raspberries and huge blackberries at Sam's Club this evening, and we could hardly wait until we got home and got them washed. They were extra sweet and good. A what good food we have in abundance in so many parts of this world.
