Guest guest
Jeanne- Loved the kids 'wine tasting'. Life is indeed sweet. Make your ravioli using wontons. Much faster and cleaner. I keep them in the freezer. Put leftovers in seperate freezer bags. When I clean out the freezer (or can't sleep) I make ravioli!!! Anyone with ideas about sauces for my sweet potato hummus ravioli? I received the suggestion of watered down tathini sauce. What else goes with sweet potatoes? What grows with sweet potatoes? What do we season sweet potatoes with? Ooooh, butter, brown sugar, pineapple or applesauce? Dare I?

Guest guest
All the ideas I've heard sound great. :-) I've had pumpkin ravioli and sweet potato ravioli in restaurants. Usually it is served with a rich, but simple, cream sort of sauce. It sounds so tempting to have a taste-off, though. Make 2 or 3 sauces and experiment! Guest guest
Curry goes well with sweet potatoes... A nice coconut based masala or that yummy butter sauce like on navratan korma?
