Guest guest Posted November 16, 2006 Report Share Posted November 16, 2006 1 lb pasta, cooked according to directions 1/2 cup olive oil 1/3 cup pignoli buts (or slivered almonds) 2 cloves, garlic, minced 2/3 cups sun dried tomatoes, cut into small pieces 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped pepper and salt to taste heat olive oil in skillet, add nuts and cook about 3-4 minutes stirring until lightly toasted, add garlic cooking another minute. add tomatoes and basil, add oil and stir in pasta. toss all and cook a few minutes until pasta is hot. add salt and pepper to taste. serve with grated cheese Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
