Guest guest
Peppermint Bark Recipe 12 oz. bag of Hershey's white chocolate morsels 1 C of crushed peppermint candy Over a double boiler, melt morsels over medium heat, stirring until smooth as silk. You can use candy canes, striped peppermint circles, or any peppermint hard candy. Put a few in a baggie, and crush with a rubber mallet. Leave some big chunks for texture. Get a 9 " x9 " pyrex or stick-free baking dish/pan. Lay a piece of waxed paper inside, enough to rise up over the edges. Pour the melted morsels into the wax paper. Spread evenly to the edges. Sprinkle peppermint candy on top. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Take it out, then break into shards with a paring knife. If you stick the knife in vertically, it will cause the bark to break. Done! Guest guest
I usually use the Ener-g Egg replacer instead of eggs when I bake. Gayle
Guest guest
I Googled " vegan cake mix, " and it came up with this interesting site for vegan baking mixes. As for cakes, they only offer chocolate. Is that what you wanted? http://www.goodbaker.com/index.html Hope this helps, -Erin www.zenpawn.com/vegblog , " Chantelle McLaren " <Peppermint.Chey wrote: > > Do you know of a cake mix that might be egg free?
