Guest guest
I dont know how to cook but I was experimenting and this actualy turned out! Warm Pita Stuffers 3 small red onions (the very small ones i dont know their name sorry im vege iliterate atm) garlic cloves (say 5 or 6 segments is good but if you want add more) 2 tablespoons of soy sause half cup of halved mushrooms half cup of chopped tofu 1 tablespoon of lemon juice Start by warming the onions, garlic and mushrooms like normal I guess cook at medium heat. when they start to look half ready then add the tofu (add the soy sause and lemon juice here) when its done cut up a pita in half and stuff them into the pita for a nice warm lunch. If anyone can suggest making this a more nutritionaly rounded lunch I would love to hear any recomendations. I want to learn to eat healthier! Chantelle -- It does hurt, I know. Kindness and caring, love, kind of melts all those defences and then all the hurt and need comes up and it HURTS. It's natural to want to keep those feelings down, and the defenses up. That's why it's easier to try to make people hate us. We can cope with people beign angry with us or whatever, but kindness just cuts through all those walls. ~ Para... Faith, no matter what we believe in is an important motivator in life. There are reasons why something is the way it is, though we dont always know why. Problems are never a way to punish us, sometimes they are a way of making us better and stronger, more compasionate and knowlegable people inside. We may worry, we may feel down on the world but we must always remember that faith is what brings us together and that god, no matter what we call him or her has not punnished us, only trusted us with an extra special gift. ~ Me My Blog Space: http://neutralufo.blogspot.com/

I want to learn to eat healthier! Sounds pretty round to me. Perhaps some tomato slices and romaine lettuce in the pita? -Erin www.zenpawn.com/vegblog
