how to make banana pudding w/ soy milk?

Ok, have the potatoes down, vegan gravy, cranberry relish, Quorn roast in the

freezer ...but

since my paretns are coming to Tn, their first " southern " Thanksgiving, I'd like

to make a

good banana pudding for dessert. Can a traditional recipe be made with soy milk

no

problem? Should I use one of the recipes for choc/tofu pudding but just sub

banana flavors?

or are these ideas going to taste like banana tofu : ) I am open to using

dairy milk if need
