Guest guest
I was looking for this article, I saw is before and couldn't locate it again. My Mom has been a vegetarian her whole life and never used deoderant. Never needed it. I mentioned it before, I don't use it either. About 6 mos after becoming a veg I just didn't need it anymore. Now my sister still has to use it but she uses something mild like the crystal rock or wahetever that stone thing is called. Guest guest
My daughter was engaged to a Korean man and she had to tell him not to eat Korean food before a date because he reeked of garlic. She did come to love the hot Korean food, too though!! I've read that meat eaters smell bad too, but haven't noticed it myself. I do wonder about eating the meat from something that died in fear. Like you'd be eating that fear, not to mention the epinephrine that's pumping through their bodies as they sense fear from the animals around them. You'd be eating that too. Not to mention the pesticide, herbicides, growth hormones and antibiotics. Doesn't it seem that cancer is much more prevalent these days?? Guest guest
I'm vegan and I still need it. I've noticed that I don't smell as much but I definitely still need it. Guest guest
Oh my gosh, I had a Korean roommate in college. One time she was in the lobby with one of her friends, also Korean, and they were eating these dry noodles with something on them. I looked at the package and the ingredients were fine, so I tried some. They laughed themselves silly as I ran faster than a speeding bullet to the water fountain. The entire top half of my body nearly disinegrated it was so hot. I am now stricken with fear whenever I hear of Korean food! , Jilly34689 wrote: > > My daughter was engaged to a Korean man and she had to tell him not to eat > Korean food before a date because he reeked of garlic. Guest guest
Perhaps they were wasabi noodles? I've heard of (and tried) dried wasabi peas, so wouldn't be surprised if they came in this snack form too. Regarding the garlic odor. I think I've previously related the story of my friend's ex-girlfriend who sat him down one day for the big decision... to be a " garlic couple " or not. They either both were going to eat garlic or not, but not one and the other. (He's not a garlic fiend, so they went with not.) -Erin www.zenpawn.com/vegblog , " Kadee " <abbey_road3012 wrote: > > Oh my gosh, I had a Korean roommate in college. Guest guest
Hi its me (peppermint chey i just changed my email) Garlic odour... Sadly today i smelt like garlic lol. Actualy i had a garlic tea the day before cause I was hoping to ward off a cold. I think i warded off most of the kids at the place i worked lol. oops! oh dear. Chantelle -- It does hurt, I know. Kindness and caring, love, kind of melts all those defences and then all the hurt and need comes up and it HURTS. It's natural to want to keep those feelings down, and the defenses up. That's why it's easier to try to make people hate us. We can cope with people beign angry with us or whatever, but kindness just cuts through all those walls. ~ Para... Faith, no matter what we believe in is an important motivator in life. There are reasons why something is the way it is, though we dont always know why. Problems are never a way to punish us, sometimes they are a way of making us better and stronger, more compasionate and knowlegable people inside. We may worry, we may feel down on the world but we must always remember that faith is what brings us together and that god, no matter what we call him or her has not punnished us, only trusted us with an extra special gift. ~ Me

Guest guest
LOL Funny how something so good as garlic, becomes so offensive on someone's breath.
