Guest guest Posted November 21, 2006 Report Share Posted November 21, 2006 Seared Spinach with Roasted Garlic 2 tbsp olive oil 10 oz. baby spinach, washed and dried 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbsp coarsely chopped roasted garlic (about 12 cloves) Place olive oil in large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Once oil is very hot, add spinach and sear for 1 minute. Add black pepper, salt and roasted garlic, and sauté until spinach is just wilted.
